[Chungcheong Review_Kim Cheon-soo] Baek Won-ok, CEO of Daeil Tech Co., Ltd., an eco-friendly pitcher block patent company, won the Eumseong-gun Council Commendation Table for contributing to the public interest.

Choi Yong-rak, chairman of the Eumseong-gun Council, said on the 30th that he awarded a plaque of commendation to CEO Baek Won-ok, who is recognized for his contribution to the promotion of the welfare of the county and the development of the community. The county council said that Daeil Tech, located in Eumseong Saenggeuk Industrial Complex, has usually contributed greatly to revitalizing the local economy through job creation and has paid a lot of attention to the safety and development of the region.

In particular, in May, the road in front of Dongseong Elementary School, an area where traffic accidents occur frequently in Chungbuk Innovation City, was paved with water permeable blocks for roads to secure safe commuting routes for students. Road block roads also have the effect of reducing vehicle speed and preventing traffic accidents.

Chairman Choi Yong-rak said, "Thank you for your efforts to develop the local economy and make efforts to ensure the safety of the county residents in the face of the difficult economic crisis and COVID-19."

Meanwhile, Daeil Tech's road block was selected as a technology regulation-solving technology development project organized by the Small and Medium Business Technology Information Promotion Agency last year.
